Tim Burton

Tim Burton, principal in the Burton Group, has always been involved in construction of some kind. He built his first 2 x 4 toy airplane when he was just 5. And then he built forts and cars. Then other many other projects. By 7 years old he started helping in the family's surveying business and by age 15 was heavily involved in the surveying process.

Construction Experience

During his education he completed 3 years of wood shop. It was a natural for him to continue in the construction business which he started by driving a delivery truck for construction sites for a few years and then, in the next 15 years, he gained experience in all the phases of construction. His career path led Tim to a management position in production and warehousing at Anthro Corporation where he gained the necessary experience to lead the Burton Group.
